SECOND GUA SHA VIDEO - With Ginger for the Lungs
Here’s a gua sha video specifically for cough and shortness of breath using fresh ginger and oil. I use coconut. You can use that or olive oil or jojoba. If you don’t have fresh ginger, you can use rosemary pilfered from a neighbor’s garden, or lavender, or sage or you can shoot the moon and use onion or garlic which are very effective but also (you guessed it) very stinky.
